Born in Tokyo in 1977

After graduating from UC Berkeley Extension in California, Junko returned to Tokyo where she began working for a trading company engaged in launching and nurturing Japanese brands for global department stores, turning them into major cosmetics companies.

Using her global experience and expertise, Junko established BALDUCCI Co., Ltd. after finding there were gaps in the Japanese beauty market. She hopes to fulfil the unmet needs for women across generations.
